We are still trying to sell our house in North Carolina and are saving up for the new house…so we don’t do much…we go and look at the new house progress. So that’s all I have to talk about.
April 10th: Basement walls
April 23rd: Began Framing! 
Sitting on our front porch…kinda of…
After checking on our house we walked to the park and stumbled upon snowing cherry blossoms! It was beautiful!
April 30th: We have a house!!! They were working on our roof on Saturday. We have a few questions for our PM so an email was sent about door placement in the master bath. I’m also curious how they do the landing on the stairs with engineered wood floors and no carpet runner on the stairs? We shall see!
Pre-Drywall meeting is Thursday, May 5th. We will also have our Guardian walkthrough at that time as well so I’ll be able to get perfect island placement and I also want to make sure to have an outlet on either side of where the bed will go in our bedroom.
These houses go up so quickly! Can’t wait to see all of our personal choices going in!
